Orlando Area Real Estate Market...

There were just under 1600 sales for the month of August within all four counties. 5% of inventory is selling monthly.
At the current sales pace we have 20 months of inventory. Meaning, if not another property was listed for sale there is enough to satisfy demand for nearly 2 years! A Seller's market is considered 6 months or less of inventory.

Condos in particular are slow to sell with just 2.4% selling monthly. There's a 41.7 month supply of condos in Orange County.
